Myra Palmer has served on the NAILBA Board for many years. Two of these years, she served as President.The mission of the NAILBA Charitable Foundation is to encourage volunteerism among NAILBA members and provide grant funds to worthy charitable organizations that serve to enhance the quality of life for those less fortunate, with a special emphasis on children. The Brain Tumor Foundation’s Holiday Party.
Established in 1983 in Atlanta, GA, the Brain Tumor Foundation for Children (BTFC) was the first nonprofit organization in the United States to focus on pediatric brain tumor disease.
The mission of the Brain Tumor Foundation for Children is to provide financial assistance, social support, and information for families of children with brain and spinal cord tumors; fund research projects that improve treatment options and search for a cure; and raise public awareness of the disease and advocate on behalf of children who are affected. Christmas shopping for underprivileged children in our community.
The Palmer Agency takes pride in charitable Christmas shopping trips. In the past, we have bought toys, books, and warm clothes and donated them to shelters with underprivileged children.
